Mrs. Star Neely - First Grade
Hi! I am Star Neely. I received my education degree from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, my English as a Second Language endorsement from Southern Utah University, and my master’s degree from Western Governors University.
I have taught almost every grade from kindergarten through 6th grade and spent one year as an assistant teacher in a Special Education classroom. I have taught in multiple states, including Tennessee, Louisiana, Utah, and now Idaho.
When I am not teaching, I love biking, hiking, and kayaking with my husband and children. I also enjoy roasting coffee and baking! I love being a part of the Alturas family!
¡Hola! Soy Star Neely. Obtuve mi título en educación en la Universidad Union en Jackson, Tennessee, mi certificación en inglés como segundo idioma en la Universidad del Sur de Utah y mi maestría en la Universidad Western Governors.
He impartido clases en casi todos los niveles, desde preescolar hasta sexto grado, y trabajé un año como asistente de maestra en un aula de educación especial. He enseñado en varios estados, incluyendo Tennessee, Luisiana, Utah y ahora Idaho.
Cuando no estoy dando clases, me encanta andar en bicicleta, hacer senderismo y practicar kayak con mi esposo e hijos. ¡También disfruto tostando café y horneando! ¡Me encanta formar parte de la familia Alturas!
